1. Minimum 6 to 7 years of expertise in the skillsets required.
2. Domain is specific to the requirement
3. Bachelors / Masters degree in the required domain
4. Good communication skills
5. Should be willing to work in an individual contributor level
6. Should be a team player, self-motivated and assertive

Our Interview Process

We have a robust and extensive process with the intend to understand the candidate from a holistic point.

The first selection consists of a screening of education and work experience. We continue the selection process with the candidates that best fit the assignment.

The process goes through the four pillars:

• Technical skills assessment
• Language proficiency assessment
• Psychological test
• Culture test

The final discussion is with our clients. The intention is to understand your fitment to the given role both technically and professionally.

Once selected, we do a background check which includes your presence in the social media.
