Job Summary
- WE are seeking a CNC Operator/Programmer – Gear Grinding with 4+ years of experience in independently programming and operating CNC gear grinding machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gear grinding operations, along with exposure to boring, milling, and turning processes, and strong proficiency in Siemens 840D controls.
- In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC grinding machines to produce high-precision gear components based on technical drawings and specifications. Experience working on machines such as Höfler RAPID 2000 or RAPID 6000 CNC machines is highly preferred. The candidate should be quality-focused, technically strong, and capable of handling machine setup, program edits, tooling adjustments, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What Will You Do?
- As a CNC machine operator, you are responsible for the production of a wide variety of precision parts. CNC Machine Operators work from written instructions and blueprints (2D) to machine parts (3D) to specifications.
- Operate a CNC grinding machine in a fast-paced environment.
- Produce a variety of precision parts.
- Work from written instructions and blueprints.
- Perform checks using gauges and fixtures to ensure specifications.
- Use common hand tools for production and finishing.
- Operate and program CNC grinding machines.
- Ensure quality parts while minimizing scrap and rework.
- Perform basic machine set-ups and program edits.
- Recognize and resolve tooling wear problems
