- Experience with/knowledge of Maritime, Offshore and Energy sector is an advantage/strong desire. In this (international) area the researcher will mainly do assignments (Healthcare is mainly locally oriented, Food & Agri is very diverse)

Roles and responsibilities
- The Consultant Research reports hierarchically to the Managing Partner
- Functionally, the Consultant Research reports to and works closely with the (upcoming) Partner of the sector in which he/she operates. This role does not include managerial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering, selecting, validating, and analysing qualitative and quantitative information to support advisory assignments
- Conducting research within advisory projects, including market and company analyses
- Producing structured reports, such as market reports, competitive analyses, longlists of candidates, and company profiles
- Drawing conclusions based on collected data
- Supporting consultants and project leaders with relevant research findings
- Co-responsible for publications and roundtable discussions
- Assisting in pitch preparations
Knowledge Development and Sharing:
- Monitoring key industry trends and sharing insights with consultants and stakeholders
- Identifying significant trends in relevant economic sectors and JBR’s consulting domain
- Keeping consultants informed about sector developments
- Developing and implementing JBR’s knowledge management policy
- Acting as a sparring partner for project leaders and consultants on industry and sector-specific issues
- Participating in research meetings, held every 6 weeks
PR & Representation:
- Representing JBR in consultative committees, internal discussions, and public media
- Supporting the development and execution of client’s social media communications
- Acting as a market-focused support role from the ‘back office’ to assist consultants with client assignments
