Roles and responsibilities
- As a business developer you will work at the Sales department. You will be responsible for achieving turnover and margin targets by establishing and managing a dealer network in designated countries, with a strong focus on technical sales and business development in the HVAC sector. You will travel more than 50% of the time.
Role and responsibilities:
- Contribute to product development ideas through consultation with customers and prospects
- Identify sales and product opportunities in consultation with the supervisor
- Provide strategic input on HVAC trends, especially related to pressure maintenance systems and design solutions Establish a tactical and operational Sales & Marketing plan for the own country/countries (level I and II countries) within the available budget for achieving the sales targets
- Coordinate the activities of agents, partners, importers by guiding, training, and monitoring them
- Responsible for price agreements with agents, partners, importers within the applicable authorization scheme, concludes annual contracts and contract modalities
- Ensure correct processing in the CRM system
- Manage and develop turnover at agents, partners, importers
- Supervise the presence of the right product range
- Check preventive solvency and collects essential information about agents, partners, importers in the client CRM system
- Provide first-line technical advice to dealers and partners regarding HVAC solutions
- Conduct training sessions on HVAC systems and client product applications for partners Set up daily reports and generates weekly, monthly sales reports, and forecast / revenue reports
- You will report to the Business Manager.
