Our Interview Process
We have a robust and intensive process with the intend to understand the candidate from a holistic perspective.
The first selection consists of a screening of education and work experience. We continue the selection process with the candidates that best fit the assignment.
The process goes through the four pillars:
- Technical assessment
- Language proficiency assessment
- Psychological assessment
- Culture assessment
The final discussion is with our clients. The intention is to understand your fitment to the given role both technically and professionally. Once selected, we do a background check which includes your presence in the social media.
Eligibility for our requirement :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the skillsets required
- Domain is only specific to the requirement
- Good communication skills
- Bachelors / Masters degree in the required domain
- Sense of ownership and initiation
