Before Frank Korf embarked on a joint venture with the Pune-based conglomerate Kirloskar, he recognized the vast potential of conducting business both in and with India. In 2014, Frank Korf, along with Peter van Londen and Hans van Gestel, founded WorldEmp. Their ambitious mission led them to India, where they aimed to provide stable mid-size companies in the Netherlands with a straightforward means of connecting with exceptionally talented resources in India. Headquartered near Amsterdam, WorldEmp is steadily expanding its presence in India, enabling employees to work for global frontrunners while upholding Dutch values and principles.
As an employee, you’ll work from one of our modern offices in India. Currently, we’re in Pune and Bangalore, and we plan to expand to more cities soon. Our goal in creating these office spaces was simple: we want them to feel like your ‘professional home.’ In addition to providing you with the best workspace for client engagements — featuring superfast internet, spacious desks and enough parking spaces — we also aim to create a fun and engaging office environment. Each office has an inspiration room, good coffee, chai, other hot & cold beverages, one or more meeting rooms and various stress-relieving games.
