- Experience in FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
- Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC 61400, used in performance testing and measurements

Roles and responsibilities
As a Performance and Condition Monitoring Expert, you will undertake the data collection and analysis to ensure that we
achieve good standards of production, equipment reliability and availability in Wind Turbines.
In addition, you will assist, performance and condition monitoring activities of wind turbines, analysing them from an overview,
and identifying and analysing the root causes of potential failures.
Main responsibilities:
Power Plants Performance Monitoring and Development Expert will remotely monitor the status of power plants and
equipment, detect abnormal situations before equipment is damaged, and take necessary measures. Tasks include, but are
not limited to:
- Technical evaluation of the functionality, health and performance of wind turbine performance
- Suggesting solutions for performance problems to field operation &maintenance teams
- Leading research using root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques
- Develop recommendations works instructions for remote troubleshooting
- Having knowledge of industry standards such as IEC 61400 used in performance testing and measurements
- Use of diagnostic tools, programs for developing and analysing data (MATLAB, Python, R, SCADA, MySQL, C++,
etc.) - Helping to troubleshoot wind turbines with gear or direct drive system by analysing data obtained remotely
- Assisting Equipment Criticality strategy by applying studies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- To determine and observe the condition monitoring KPIs of Wind Turbines from different manufacturers
- Identifying and reporting operational technical risks
- To do the necessary engineering studies/research
- Reports to the Power Plants Performance Monitoring and Development Mentor
